Expand your creativity and level-up your skills by learning to create bi-metal. This technique is a great way to add a touch of gold to your sterling silver jewelry!
 
In this workshop, students will learn how to fuse 22k and 18k gold onto sterling silver using a torch to make bi-metal. Each student will then design and complete 1–3 pairs of earrings once they have mastered the bi-metal technique. Students will also learn how to make posts for earrings, french wires, plus earrings with a hinge element.
 
MATERIALS KIT FEE: $65 plus the cost of Gold ($130–$160 based on how much the student uses)
The Materials Kit is in addition to tuition and is payable to the instructor. Kit includes : Sterling silver, cutoff wheel & mandrel, tools, detailed handouts along with other materials and tools needed to make their project.
