Creating works of art in jewelry design involves more than fabrication. The sandblaster is a unique tool that can greatly expand your creative horizons, enabling you to add dimension and texture to metal, glass and gemstones (cabochons and faceted).
 
You will discover techniques to create patterns, imagery, and layered effects with a sandblaster. Suzanne has been using sandblasting techniques in her works of art for years. The opportunity to learn from her experience and insight is a workshop you do not want to miss.
 
A Materials Kit ($40 value) is included in your tuition and contains a plexiglass cutting pad, stencil materials, gemstones, glass and pieces of brass and copper.

3M Particulate Respirator 8233 (N100 or equivalent particulate respirator)
X-acto Knife with a minimum of 10 replacement blades (we like the X-Acto #9 Retractable)
